Jeremy Spillman has always been fascinated by architectural design. Even when he was young, he preferred to take the long way home, winding through upscale neighborhoods to admire row after row of beautiful houses.
As Jeremy got older, he developed a knack for design. He started out building decks and smaller projects, but he quickly proved his prowess, got his first loan, and began building homes under Spillman Contracting.
Spillman Homes
After 14 years of growth with Spillman Contracting, Spillman Homes was established. Through Spillman Homes, Jeremy was able to expand his team and his knowledge of remodels and new home builds. Thanks to expert design and craftsmanship, business grew exponentially.
Studio Spillman
To take his business to the next level and hone in on both design and exclusivity to our clients, Studio Spillman was born. With a renewed focus on artistry in both renovation and luxury custom builds.
